VendCraft Systems delivered the vending machine as listed on Vendora Bid Mart. The order was eventually fulfilled, but the delivery timeline was longer than expected. Communication during processing was not very consistent, which made it difficult to track progress. However, the vendor did respond when contacted and assisted with basic setup guidance after delivery. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement in communication and delivery speed.

Vendor delivered the machines as promised, but communication was slower than expected. It took a couple of reminders to get updates on shipping. Machines arrived in good condition though, so I’d still consider using them again.
