Vendor delivered the machines as promised, but communication was slower than expected. It took a couple of reminders to get updates on shipping. Machines arrived in good condition though, so I’d still consider using them again.

Good pricing and decent product mix, but one of the machines jammed twice in the same week. They did issue a refund promptly, so customer service gets points. Could improve maintenance schedules.
