Bought a coffee vending unit. Vendor guided me through the setup process and even sent an instructional video. Delivery was quick, but a minor scratch on the side panel kept this from being a full 5 stars.

Machine is functional, but it had minor scratches. Vendor was responsive, offered partial refund. Not bad, just not excellent.

The vendor shipped the wrong model initially and I had to wait another week for the correct one. Customer service was polite but slow to respond. Overall, a mixed experience.

The vending machine works great and looks professional. Setup was easy, and it started accepting payments immediately. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the delivery took a few extra days, but the vendor kept me updated throughout. Will definitely consider them for my next unit.
