You would think the manufacture would include washers and bolts that would not rust on a POOL basketball set. We have only had it assembled and out for about a month & half! Terrible rust stains run down the glass making it look awful. Spending $1500+ on an item made for pools should not have this problem!!! Unbelievable!

Best price I could find anywhere. Fit in the same holes as my old rusting SR Smith backboard. Seems very well and fairly sturdy. I really like the acrylic backboard, it looks nice. Pretty easy to put together, but I would recommend 2-3 people help attach the rim to the backboard and stand.

It’s just so ugly. Why did I allow my husband to put this thing by the pool? Who plays basketball in the pool? I hope it falls over. Well made though! If you want to ugly up your pool, get this one.

Not so easy to put together unless you’re use to this sort of thing, but we like it a lot. We have had their other salt friendly one for about 6 years. With three boys and lots of friends playing basketball in the pool, we had definitely gotten our money’s worth. However, it was time to replace. I like the look of this one better!

The overall quality of the product is good. However, it was very difficult to put together. It took 3 people working together to force some of the hardware in place. Also, the plastic coating on the rim bracket has started to break down after just 2 seasons and rust is forming on the metal underneath.
