There was smoke coming out of this product, and the insides seemed to spark. I was afraid it might catch fire. Do not buy.

I had no idea robosen had an amazon store. I purchased it from hasbro direct. My version does not come with the waiter accessories.
Anyway, the packaging is secure, impressive. charging is easy. It is unbelievable to watch him transform.
in Robot mode, Grimlock can do handstands and walking handstands.
The app is also great. comes with a lot of audio dialogue, background music options.
I love the manual programming mode, figured that out only recently.
If you have the money and the desire, this is worth the purchase. No regrets.
Can’t wait to see what else Robosen will do with the Transformers.

our first grimlock came with a dead battery that would not charge, i followed the instructions and spoke to customer support from robosun but it was a dud. i was stressed to put it back in transit or not have the return go through as it is a very expensive item but luckily we were fine.
our 2nd grimlock worked perfectly and my son was so happy with it and is still playing with it without any issues. definitely an expensive toy but everyone that see’s it transform says they can see why haha

Exactly as expected. My son is a serious Transformer collector and he’s wanted this since he first heard about it. I was finally able to get it for him and he loves it. The packaging was exceptional, protected during shipping, very high quality in every aspect so far, seems durable and even has a cute extra animation feature that he didn’t expect for a little extra fun.
