It is a really nicely crafted solid wooden dolls house. Should give years of pleasure. It is quite heavy once constructed and there is knack and requiring two adults to move it. Assembly is straightforward, but tome consuming and fiddly.
If it is gift I would recommend putting it together first rather than have an excited child hovering over you while you screw it together. Once built it is very sturdy

Its for a Christmas gift for my daughter. It was very expensive as you have to buy the furniture separately. Once it had been opened tobuild it the product was damaged at the back of the house with a large crack on the wallpaper side. No screws were in the box to enable the product to be built which was missing 58 screws. Absolutely devastated as my daughter is heartbroken and now I have to wait weeks to get my money back. Absolutely disgusted DON NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

This product was my daughters santa gift. While there was some assembly to it it was straight forward enough. The materials are great quality and it’s really big and looks beautiful assembled. It is costly compared to other dollhouse so I would advise getting for an older child but worth it just how fab it is

This dollhouse is beautiful and such good quality! I love the size and that the front opens and closes. We have a mix of Le Toy Van doll furniture and Tender Leaf doll furniture and it all looks adorable in the house.

For the price, the dollhouse shouldn’t arrive cracked or with missing paint/scratches. If the QC was better, it would be a very cute and wonderful doll house!

Product came well wrapped, so how all the window attachments were all smashed and clearly made of glorified cardboard is beyond me. Upon calling the company, they asked where the purchase was made, and when I said Amazon, they said they don’t have enough parts to send to replace. This thing was really heavy and difficult to repack. It was picked up the next day, over two weeks ago, and am still waiting for my refund. Very disappointed little birthday girl. Thought it would be a good buy as we paid 200 less than department store listed price, but it was still a very expensive mistake.

Such a disappointment! It’s so expensive to come with multiple parts broken! It was going to be our daughter Christmas gift, but when we opened to put it together it had parts broken, chipped and the instructions are very poorly written. For the price of it I expected it to be an excellent product!
