My husband was feeling nostalgic and wanted to order this Rod Hockey game for some throwback fun. We added expedited shipping because my college son was coming home with 10 friends for the night. It arrived on time and was packed up tight. Unfortunately, when we started to assemble it, we noticed some damage to the play board. I emailed Man Cave Games customer service to notify them, and much to my surprise they replied back very quickly even though it was day past normal operating hours. They were quick to respond but they offered me several options for solutions. They couldn’t have been more customer oriented or solution focused. It was truly refreshing.
My husband, my son, and all his friends had a fantastic night filled with laughter, competition, and of course, celebration! It was a great purchase backed by a great company and customer service. I would confidently buy from this company again.

We gave this to our kids for Christmas. They only played it a few time and some of the plastic pieces broke off and then today one of the players hockey sticks broke. Thought it would be a little more durable. The seller was great to work with though and sent us new pieces to replace those that broke. Since it is a little bit cheaper than the other tables you pretty much get what you paid for. Customer service was great though on working with us to get items replaced.

When I was in an arcade with my boys, we saw a stick hockey game. It instantly transported me back to my youth as I remembered how much fun I had playing table hockey. This “ManCave Games” model has provided plenty of fun and it wasn’t that expensive compared to a few other models I saw for sale. There is plenty of overlap between players to fight for the puck and no dead zones as far as I can see. And while the main parts of the game (players, rods, etc.) have remained intact, some of the extras have fallen apart. The puck launcher was the first to break off. No big deal. The electronic score board was the next to go. Again, not a huge loss. It seems to have been designed for basketball anyway because every goal resulted in two points being registered. And it plays annoying music that can only be turned down, but not turned off. So if you don’t care about the electronics, this is a great table hockey set.
