Our home has never had a Bidet, and my wife and I did not grow up with them. They were all the rave and gained popularity in the U.S. around Covid due to toilet paper shortages.
So, we’ve been meaning to get one now for some time and when I had the chance here, I ordered it.
Figured go big or go home, and we got their top of the line deluxe model here in the 500S.
It’s been a game changer for bathroom comfort.
This bidet is packed with a ton of features cheaper bidets don’t all have.
From different water streams / temps, air drying, seat heating, adjustable pressure, use profiles, UV sanitization, etc. etc. I can’t think of anything they didn’t include in this seat. With that said, sometimes more isn’t always better.
It’s more to break. But so far, we’ve been using this a few months and have not had any issues.
I had to hunt for it, but as far as a warranty they offer (1) year, with an additional (1) year if you register your product.
So (2) years seems pretty good to me. I hope we never have to use it.
Installation was easy, just make sure to measure your toilet seat beforehand to make sure it’s compatible.

Awesome bidet!! The reason for only 4 stars is due to the instruction manual. There is a small blue filter that comes with the bidet, but it is not listed in the parts list or the install instructions. The only mention of it is at the end of the manual it states the “deodorizer filter” needs to be changed once a year. WTH??? It took my son quite awhile to figure out where it was supposed to go, and then he found one already installed in the white plastic connector that sticks out on the left side of bidet (where the metal hose hooks up).
Other than that this is an awesome bidet. I feel so much cleaner!!!

Renovated our bathrooms recently and was on the hunt for bidets (been using them for over 20 years and can’t live without them). Tried the previous Coway model from 10 years ago and loved it so much, so tried this one and LOVE IT SO MUCH WE BOUGHT 2! Love how there are 2 user settings (husband is 6’3 and 5’5 – very useful setting to have!) and great functions including heated seats, adjustable water pressure and positioning, deodorizer and more. It also fits comfortably and nicely and perfectly over our new toilets, and easy to use and install. Love how it lights it up and easy to use at night in the dark without turning on all the lights! Definitely a must have for a clean bum and hoo-ha~

Other than opening and heating, nothing else works. The customer support is very slow (2-3 day response to emails) and, with each solution that doesn’t work, they ask for another video incorporating another function. First, it was a video showing the malfunction. Second, it was the same video but including the barcode on the base of the bidet in the video. Then it was to include the remote in the video. Now it’s all that plus showing that the seat sensor is properly engaged. When it still doesn’t work, I’m sure they’ll add something else to the list of video requirements (probably to stand on my head while doing all the rest or to juggle the remote and two chainsaws). I think they are trying to wait me out so I give up and go away.

I got this bidet to replace my Toto C5. I also have an inexpensive Brondell bidet and I’ve had a couple of other in the past, so this isn’t my first butt washing rodeo.
This is the best bidet that I’ve had so far. It has a lot of different options on the remote and it’s fairly easy to use. It heats up pretty much right away and gets the water nice and warm (that’s adjustable via the remote as well, so you can have it as warm or as cold as you’d like it). It fits on my elongated Kohler toilet well and the hole size is good. My old Toto, had a fairly small hole size, even though it was an elongated seat.
I love the auto closing seat. It smoothly closes maybe 20 seconds or so after you get off the toilet. If you don’t like that, it can be disabled too. It can open as well, with a push of a button on the top of the remote. If you have the seat and lid up, it can close both by pushing the button on the remote. The seat feels solid and comfortable, doesn’t move at all while sitting on it.
The only negative is that I think the T-connector that came with mine had bad threads. That’s the connector that connects to the toilet bowl so that you have a connection for the water line and the bidet. My water line, which is in great condition and only a few years old, would not screw on to the T-connector that came with this bidet. I tried for quite some time. It always acted like it was cross threaded, no matter what I did. I think it might have just had bad threads. I ended up using the old T-connector from my old bidet and everything worked fine. Not a huge deal, but would have been pretty annoying if I didn’t already have one.
Overall, it’s a great bidet for the money and I like it quite a bit.

Only the top seat opens, which is pointless— my TOTO opened both lids so I wouldn’t have to touch the toilet to pee.
The seat doesn’t stay heated… you have to turn it on when you sit down.
Everything also functions much slower than TOTO seats. Takes too long for things to start after pressing the button.
Was hoping this could replace Toto, but it’s not even close. Sorry, Korea, you’re not at Japan’s level yet.
It also goes on sale all the time, so if it’s above $400 it’s not a good deal, even if it says it’s on sale.
Bad product, bad marketing, bad pricing strategy. Won’t return to this brand.
