This item was a Christmas gift. It didn’t arrive on time, then after receiving it – it’s missing a lot of screws to put it together. We contacted the manufacturer and they still haven’t sent out the missing pieces. We called them numerous times. They sent some screws – we asked for 12 they send 2. Very poor customer service.
