Bought a MacBook Air M2 from this vendor. Delivery was fast, packaging was secure, and the device is exactly as described. Customer support even helped me transfer my data from my old laptop. Only wish they had offered a free case.

Bought a refurbished iPhone, condition wasn’t as ‘like new’ as advertised. Battery health was already at 83%. Vendor refunded partially, but response was slow.

The laptop I received works fine, but the shipping took much longer than expected, and the vendor was slow to respond to my inquiries. Packaging was decent, but overall the buying experience could have been smoother.
