Purchased an iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard. The vendor was very professional and gave me advice on accessories. Delivery was smooth, but the keyboard box had a small dent but product still works fine.

Vendor ships fast, but accessories were missing (no charger in box). Communication was professional but it took 4 days to resolve.

I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro. The phone is genuine, but the delivery took almost three weeks, and there was no tracking update for most of that time. The vendor eventually explained the delay, but I expected faster service for the price I paid.
