The bottle of Macallan 12 arrived safely but without the original box. For collectors like me, packaging matters. Vendor said it was stated in the description, but it wasn’t obvious.
The whisky was decent, but I received a different batch than the one advertised. Vendor said it was a similar alternative, but I would have appreciated a heads-up before shipping. Not ideal for collectors.

Lagavulin 16 is a classic, and the vendor delivered an authentic product. The packaging was sturdy and discreet. It loses one star because the shipping fee was higher than expected. Other than that, I’m very pleased.

They also pack orders incredibly well, and customer support actually knows about whisky. I once got detailed food pairing notes by email!
Ordered a bottle of Midleton Very Rare 2024 and it came in perfect condition. The packaging was secure and the bottle had a fresh seal. Took about 5 days to arrive. Smooth and smoky, just as expected. Knocked off one star because the tracking number wasn’t updated for two days.
