I ordered a Tag Heuer Carrera. Vendor was honest about a small scratch on the bezel, which I appreciated. Delivery took longer than expected, but packaging was secure.

Watch is legit, but listing said \'new\' and the box looked reused. Delivery was quick though. Still, not the experience I hoped for.

Ordered a Cartier watch, and while the item was genuine, the strap had a slight scratch. Vendor offered a partial refund, which I appreciated. Service was fair overall.

Received my Breitling Chronomat, but it had a minor scratch on the clasp. The vendor apologized and offered a small refund, but for a luxury watch, I expected perfection. Packaging could also be better.

My Cartier watch arrived in good condition, but the outer box was slightly damaged. Still, a good buy.

I appreciate the selection on Elite Time Brokers, but dealing with third-party sellers is hit or miss. One Rolex Datejust took over two weeks to ship. That said, Elite Time Brokers escrow payment system helped me feel protected. Just wish their customer support was more responsive.
