Decent vendor overall. Communication was good, but one bottle was missing from the shipment. Issue resolved quickly though.
The whisky is okay, but the vendor should improve the product description. It wasn’t as smooth or aged as advertised.
Delivery was fine, whiskey quality is good, but they didn’t include the gift box as advertised.
Vendor had good pricing, but not enough variety in aged malts. Communication was okay, but updates on stock levels would help. Might try again if they expand their range.
The whisky was authentic and flavorful, but the box was slightly dented during transit. Vendor was responsive and offered a small discount on my next order. Appreciated the gesture.
Ordered a bottle of Macallan 18, and it arrived in perfect condition with excellent packaging. The taste is exceptional, just as expected. The only downside was the shipping, it took a bit longer than promised. Overall, great vendor with quality products.
