We installed this safe in the foyer of our company for customers to drop off payments and paperwork after normal business hours. We mounted it to the concrete using 1/2 bolts with matching washers and nuts. A guy propped our front door open (the foyer is available 24 hours) and attached a chain to the handle of the safe. The other end of the chain was attached to the hitch of his truck (we have it on video!). The handle bent and was broken/sharp on one edge, but the safe never opened or moved! The safe door remained attached to the safe and our valuable customer documents and payments were inside. He tried twice to get the safe to open, it wouldn’t budge. We entered our code the next morning and the door, although a little tough to open with the damage to the handle, opened to reveal our items! Nothing was missing! I HIGHLY recommend this safe for anyone who needs to protect their valuables.

Nice safe for every day use. We only have to open once per day. The upper door allows easy drops at night. If you have a hammer drill, mounting to the concrete floor is easy.

Everything is working well with this safe. I just can’t find my users manual and have searched online for a replacement with no luck. How can I get a copy of the user’s manual?

We bought this for our two automotive shops. I love that it bolts to the floor, has a drop box for deposits and that we can change the lock combo if we fire someone. We have had zero issues since we bought them. They are roomy inside and easily hold several bank bags (ours has 4, one for change, one for the money we make on our soda/snack machine, one for holding check payments, and one that goes to the bank) and we still have room for other items if needed. Very nice safe. YOU NEED TO BOLT IT DOWN because it can be lifted by a strong person. Just for piece of mind, make a criminal have to work hard!

Worked great at first, but the keypad would no longer open the safe after only having it for 90 days. You could enter the passcode just fine, but it wouldtn’t send the signal to allow you to turn the handle.

This safe works so well and has created accountability in my workplace. It’s easy to operate whether putting things in it or having to take things out. Easy to set the combination and easy to replace the battery it even notifies you when artery needs changed with the lights on the front. Worth the money!
