📦 1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation through Escrow (PayPal Invoice or Bank Transfer).

  • Auction Items: Items won via auction must be paid within 24–48 hours. Vendors will process shipments upon payment clearance.

  • Custom or Bulk Orders: May require additional lead time. Buyers will be notified before purchase.

Shipping methods are chosen by each vendor and may include:

  • Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, UPS, DHL, or other reliable carriers.

  • United Kingdom: Standard & priority shipping options are available.

  • Weight and size of the item

  • Delivery location

  • Chosen carrier and speed

  • Vendors are required to upload tracking information once an item is shipped.

  • Buyers will receive automatic email notifications with tracking links.

  • For auction and Escrow purchases, tracking is mandatory before funds are released.

📦 7. Delivery Confirmation & Escrow Release

  • Buyers must confirm delivery through their account once the item arrives in satisfactory condition.

  • Once confirmed, funds are released to the vendor.

  • If no confirmation is received within a set period (e.g., 7 days), Escrow may release funds automatically unless a dispute is filed.

📮 8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact the vendor directly via your dashboard or email [email protected].

  • In cases of lost packages, vendors must cooperate with carriers to file a claim and may offer refunds or replacements depending on the outcome.

🔁 9. Returns & Refunds

Return policies vary by vendor. Buyers are advised to:

  • Review the vendor’s return policy listed on the product page.

  • Initiate return requests directly with the vendor.

  • Use tracked shipping when sending items back.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and approved by the vendor.

  • Do not make payments outside of the Vendor Bid Mart platform such payments are not protected by our Escrow system.
