Buying & Bidding on Vendora Bid Mart
Buyers may purchase items directly or place bids in auctions
Once a bid is placed and accepted (or wins), it becomes a legally binding agreement
Payments must be made through approved methods (PayPal invoice or bank transfer)
All transactions are protected by our escrow policy
Bidders must only place bids they intend to honor. Abusive or fake bidding may lead to permanent suspension.

Selling & Vendor Obligations
Sellers and vendors on Vendora Bid Mart agree to:
Provide accurate descriptions of products or services
Fulfill orders within agreed timelines
Upload tracking or delivery confirmation information
Comply with our escrow rules and refund/return policy
Not list prohibited or illegal goods (see Section 9)

Escrow System
Vendor Bid Mart uses an escrow-based payment system:
Buyer sends payment to escrow via PayPal invoice or bank transfer
Funds are held securely until delivery is confirmed
Seller is paid once the buyer marks the order as received or a set timeframe expires
This system protects both buyers and sellers from fraud, non-delivery, and miscommunication.

All off-platform payments are made at your own risk and are not protected by Vendora Bid Mart.

Refunds, Returns & Disputes
Buyers may request refunds for non-delivered, damaged, or misrepresented items (See Refund Policy)
Vendors are expected to honor valid return requests and provide tracking
In the event of a dispute, Vendora Bid Mart will act as mediator
Disputes will be reviewed and resolved within 2–5 business days
Refund decisions by Vendor Bid Mart are final and binding.

Prohibited Activities & Content
Users may not:
List or sell illegal goods or services
Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
Use the platform for fraudulent activity
Manipulate auctions or feedback
Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension, account deletion, or legal action.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are set by each vendor and displayed on product pages
Vendors must use trackable shipping methods and upload proof
Buyers must confirm delivery or raise concerns within the escrow window
Lost or untracked shipments are the vendor’s responsibility
Vendora Bid Mart is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers.

Vendor Verification & Trust
We reserve the right to:
Verify vendor identities
Request business documentation
Approve or reject listings at our discretion
Remove suspicious vendors from the platform
This helps us maintain a secure and trustworthy environment.

Communications
By registering, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. This includes:
Order updates
Dispute notifications
Platform announcements
Marketing emails (you may unsubscribe at any time)

Modifications to the Platform
We may update, enhance, or remove any feature or part of the Vendora Bid Mart platform at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability
Vendora Bid Mart is not liable for:
Loss of data, profits, or revenues
